What you will do

We have plants, recycling centers, and a business center in monterrey all devoted to our end customers who enjoy their lth, heliar, mac, and optima car batteries. The ta manager for the latam region needs to be knowledgeable about best practices in hiring, branding, and strategic vendor management so we meet our time-to-fill goals and hiring aspirations.
How you will do it
in this role, you will be working with both salaried and hourly requisitions, managing a team of internal recruiters and external vendors who are responsible for filling those requisitions successfully. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- developing strong relationships with our hiring managers across our various locations with emphasis on mexico, extending to the region’s other locations within colombia and brazil.
- mastering the hiring process and our related systems to keep our data accurate, protect the company from unnecessary risk, and propose efficiency improvements regularly.
What we look for
- you must have a degree in business, hr, or a related discipline
- previous work experience of at least 7 years with prior leadership experience or prior clarios work experience
- previous experience with ta, hiring best practices, legal aspects of hiring to include regulatory requirements and the overall recruitment process and best practices in social media, interviewing, ats, kpis and common metrics. Previous experience working alongside rpo firms, a plus.
- ability to understand various departments within the business and functional areas including the plants and recycling centers within the region.
- ability to communicate our total compensation offerings in a compelling way to attract and motivate potential new employees to join the company.
- bilingual spanish and english is a must with better-than-average english writing and communication skills.
- ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel to the us, colombia, and brazil.
