the ideal candidate should have high frustration tolerance, analytical skills, a strong sense of urgency, and solid experience in managing service level compliance. Experience in sql and advanced conversational english is required. Knowledge of jeppesen and experience in the aerospace sector are desirable.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* over 5 years of proven experience in second-level technical support.
* high frustration tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
* excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
* solid experience in managing service level compliance.
* advanced knowledge of sql.
* advanced english level (mandatory).
* experience in the aerospace sector and knowledge of jeppesen (desirable).
* experience with snaplogic (desirable).
activities:
* provide second-level technical support, resolving complex issues efficiently.
* support applications (not infrastructure).
* manage and ensure compliance with service levels agreed with clients.
* use analytical skills to identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems.
* collaborate with other teams for quick incident resolution.
* maintain and update databases using sql.
* implement and manage data integrations and automations via snaplogic.
* document and communicate solutions and processes clearly and effectively.
