The ideal candidate must haveproven experience sourcing air freight services, managing rfps with airlines and freight forwarders, negotiating long-term agreements, and driving cost optimization strategies within air cargo categories. Responsibilities and minimum requirements: solid experience inair freight / carga aérea sourcing(mandatory). Strong understanding of air cargo pricing, fuel surcharges, capacity planning, and international logistics. Experience negotiating contracts with airlines and logistics providers. Data-driven approach to cost management and category strategy development. Ability to transition from spot buying to long-term air freight category planning.
