What you’ll do
* coordinate strategies that ensure the proper functioning of the campus physical environment, maintaining equipment and facilities in good condition while keeping the campus clean and safe, and serving as the first point of contact for basic matters and follow‑up with the other campuses (estimated 10).
* implement and execute the preventive maintenance plans for campus facilities.
* measure and manage the human and financial resources assigned to the physical plant.
* ensure timely resolution of reports generated by the campus.
* ensure preservation of affected areas and implementation of regulations in campus spaces.
* ensure execution of sustainability strategies.
* ensure proper use of campus services.
* implement, coordinate and execute the campus civil protection plan.
* ensure proper maintenance and operation of equipment.
* maintain order and cleanliness throughout the campus.
requirements
* engineering degree in industrial engineering and systems, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields, or architecture or related (graduated).
* at least 3 years of experience in supervisory roles of maintenance, maintenance management, services supervision, or similar positions.
