About the role we are looking for a data-driven and strategic digital channel operations manager to lead our digital growth and optimize our presence across all major delivery platforms. Key responsibilities platform management: oversee the onboarding and lifecycle management of stores on delivery applications nationwide. Campaign strategy: design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (banners, discounts, and combos) to maximize roi and customer acquisition. Menu optimization: manage the digital catalog, ensuring accurate pricing, high-quality imagery, and optimized menu structures to improve conversion rates. Data analytics & reporting: track and analyze key performance indicators (kpis) such as sales volume, average ticket, cancellation rates, and customer ratings. Provide actionable insights to the management team. Strategic partnerships: act as the primary point of contact for key account managers (kams) at ubereats, didi, and rappi to negotiate exclusive benefits and resolve operational issues. Operational support: coordinate with store managers to ensure high fulfillment standards and minimize order errors. Qualifications education: bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or a related field. Experience: minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or delivery operations. Experience in the qsr (quick service restaurant), food & beverage, or retail industries is preferred. Technical skills: advanced proficiency in microsoft excel, and familiarity with delivery platform back-ends. Languages: english-professional proficiency (required for reporting to global hq). Chinese (mandarin)-professional proficiency (required for internal communication). Required skills strong negotiation skills. Analytical mindset.
