responsible to management for coordination of the overall operations within an assigned functional area.
what you'll do
* conducts agent observations and associated activities
* administers local training programs, responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization
* prepares customer correspondence, investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for reports
* assists management in the completion of admin duties to include the maintenance of required departmental records
* acts as a company representative when assigned
all you'll need for success
minimum qualifications- education & prior job experience
* passenger service experience required
* high school diploma
* profile requirements as outlined in the passenger service manual section 10-7 reservations and ticket office edition
* above average administrative and analytical techniques
* demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment
* must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand english and the native language
