* responsible for the tax reporting for mx
your profile
* strong knowledge of mexican tax legislation
* expertise in isr (impuesto sobre la renta), iva (impuesto al valor agregado), and código fiscal de la federación.
familiarity with sat (servicio de administración tributaria) requirements and electronic invoicing (cfdi).
experience with international tax and transfer pricing
* understanding of beps (base erosion and profit shifting), oecd guidelines, and double tax treaties.
practical experience with transfer pricing documentation and apa (advance pricing agreements) in mexico.
tax compliance and reporting
* strong command of monthly and annual tax filings, diot, dim, and contabilidad electrónica.
ability to manage tax audits and respond to sat reviews effectively.
* technology and erp systems
proficiency in sap, oracle, or contpaqi for tax reporting and automation.
familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., excel advanced, power bi, alteryx) to support tax planning and compliance.
* leadership and cross-functional collaboration
experience leading tax teams and collaborating with finance, legal, and operations.
* strong communication skills to interact with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.
* english fluent is a must
