- analyze capacity constraints, including labor availability, equipment utilization, and shift structures.
- collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and smt teams to ensure timely material availability and schedule execution.
- monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules proactively to address delays, priority shifts, or operational issues.
- provide routine updates and clear visibility to leadership regarding schedule adherence, risks, and capacity outlook.
- ensure proper synchronization between planning activities and inventory control.
- utilize erp systems (preferably oracle netsuite) for work order management, production planning, and material requirements updates.
- track and report key performance indicators (kpis) such as on-time delivery, build plan attainment, production efficiency, and inventory turns.
- communicate effectively in english with internal teams, suppliers, and international stakeholders.experiência y requisitos- 3+ years of experience in production planning, factory scheduling, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
- strong experience with erp systems; oracle netsuite preferred.
- knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production planning best practices.
- advanced proficiency in excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
- high attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- fluent in english, both verbal and written.
- strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.-
