we're looking for a driven, full-time recruiter who knows how to build high-performing sales teams from scratch — appointment setters, closers, cold callers — the whole machine. This is not for traditional hr recruiters. We need someone who moves fast, thinks like a marketer, and recruits like a closer.
what you'll do:
* source, message, and convert high-quality candidates from job boards, social platforms, and outbound outreach
* run targeted campaigns in facebook groups and niche communities to attract a-players
* interview and assess for grit, culture fit, and performance potential
* work directly with leadership to forecast hiring needs and fill roles before they're needed
* use tools like indeed, linkedin navigator, chatgpt, and canva to create job ads and outreach campaigns
* own recruiting kpis — from time-to-hire to rep activation speed
what you bring:
* 2+ years recruiting salespeople or call center reps (appointment setters, sdrs, closers, etc.)
* experience sourcing and attracting talent using facebook groups, linkedin navigator, indeed, and other job boards
* fluent in english and spanish — able to recruit across latin america and the u.s.
* you're creative, and aggressive — no excuses, just resourcefulness
* you understand sales culture and can spot high-performers fast — no fluff, no maybes
