key responsibilities: •direct sales: o sell biwin storage products directly to consumersthrough online and offline channels o achieve and exceed individualand team sales targets o actively seek new sales opportunities andfollow up with potential customers • customer relationshipmanagement: o build and maintain lasting relationships with endconsumers o collect and analyze customer feedback to help improveproducts and services o handle customer inquiries and resolveissues to ensure an excellent customer experience • productknowledge: o develop comprehensive knowledge of biwin storageproduct lines (including ssds, memory cards, usb drives, and drammodules) o effectively communicate product features and benefits toconsumers o stay updated on product knowledge to accommodate newproduct releases • market research: o monitor competitor activitiesand market trends o provide insights on consumer behavior andpreferences o identify new market opportunities and product needs •event participation: o participate in consumer electronicsexhibitions, retail promotions, and product demonstrations orepresent the company at industry events to increase brandawareness o support and execute offline sales activitiesqualifications: • 2+ years of direct sales experience in consumerelectronics or related industries • strong communication andinterpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact withdiverse customer groups • passion for and understanding of storagetechnology and consumer electronic products • ability to workindependently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset • good timemanagement and problem-solving skills • familiarity with crmsystems and sales analytics tools • prior experience working withconsumer brands preferred
