About the location

Laid-back luxury meets bucket-list adventure on this undiscovered east cape of Los Cabos. The Role Of The Bell Desk Attendant

The Bell desk Attendant plays a vital role in creating a positive first and last impression for resort guests. Responsible for warmly welcoming guests, handling luggage, providing resort and local information, assisting with transportation arrangements, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. This role requires a high level of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with luggage handling—both loading and unloading.
- Escort guests to rooms, explaining resort features and room amenities.
- Store, track, and retrieve luggage in accordance with security procedures.
- Deliver packages, amenities, and messages to guest rooms promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and organized bell desk and luggage storage area.

What You Bring

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields).
- Experience: At least 6 months in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, customer service orientation, multitasking, and computer proficiency.
