You will report directly to our manufacturing engineering manager and you will work out of our mexicali location. In this role, you will make an impact by supporting manufacturing processes, process improvements, and compliance with safety regulations. Your contributions will drive increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved product quality in our manufacturing operations and will be essential in securing present and future business by consistently meeting or exceeding product cost and customer requirements.
Responsibilities

collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
support completion of first article inspections

bachelor’s degree students from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
bachelor’s degree students in mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics engineering, aerospace engineering, cybernetics, or a related field from an accredited institution
strong communication and interpersonal skills
fluent in english: conversational, read and write
proficiency in microsoft office suite
cad systems proficiency
basic knowledge of automation, control, and plc principles
programming and user interface design preferredbasic knowledge of six sigma, lean principles and other continuous improvement methodologies
experience with mrp systems (sap)
ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
decision making, analytical and problem‑solving skills
experience in manufacturing engineering
