Under the general direction of the quoting manager, the data entry clerk is responsible for transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.

they type in customers' requests and create spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process.
*essential duties*
- type in request from customers into excel spread sheets.
- follow up on requests by department management.
- ensure backup information is uptodate with mínimal room for mistakes
- save all the project related information into the designated folders
- review the data entry received
- constant communication with quoting and drafting teams.

- high school diploma required.
- microsoft excel.
- bilingual in spanish and english (required).
- *strong attention to detail and accuracy.

pay: $14,* - $16,* per month
