The *business and training consultant *will be in charge of leading the deployment of commercial training solutions to diverse audiences in our retail business lines, vdt and developing channels. You will create impactful learning experiences, where observation, feedback and practice merge to ensure the transmission and retention of knowledge. This position is based in mexico city.
*key* responsibilities*
- use business training programs to develop training plans adapted to the needs of assigned territories, focused on business plans.
- implement training programs in various learning channels (streaming, in-person, virtual, new technologies) to strengthen sales teams and improve the purchasing experience in different business segments.
- carry out interventions in stores and points of sale to reinforce training programs, addressing protocols, sales techniques and store operation.
- execute training programs for salespeople with a store vocation, in accordance with the established training plan.
- train and monitor comex trainers in the execution of the training strategy in the assigned territories.
- collaborate in the logistics and training of events such as launches and campaigns, ensuring their correct execution.
*qualifications*
- education level: bachelor's degree in psychology, pedagogy, business, engineering or related fields
- teaching courses and workshops. Instructor, certification desirable.
- desirable experience as a business consultant/coach
- office packaging (excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), power point, word)
- digital tools (power bi, ms forms, slido, menti, kahoot, ms teams
- skills: business, conflict resolution, teamwork, flexibility and adaptation to change
