your role
you’ll own day-to-day marketing execution with a singular focus: driving applications and filling cohorts. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role where success means consistent output, strong messaging, and measurable enrollment impact.
* own execution across key marketing channels
* build a repeatable content + distribution engine
* drive demand for cohort 1 and beyond
you’ll:
* execute daily marketing to drive applications and enrollment
* create and publish social content with consistent cadence
* develop lightweight creative assets and promotional materials
* test messaging and iterate based on performance
* support campaign planning and rapid execution cycles
* track basic performance metrics and optimize output
* collaborate with founder and team on positioning
you bring:
* proven hands-on marketing execution experience
* strong writing and messaging skills across audiences
* daily use of ai tools for content and workflows
* ability to move quickly and prioritize high-impact work
* comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
* clear communication and ownership mindset
* understanding of growth, funnels, and conversion basics
