your responsibilities
* drive acquisition and activation of new travel agencies through digital campaigns, phone/video calls, and webinars.
* manage and convert a high volume of e-registration leads using salesforce.
* conduct weekly client interactions to train and onboard new users on the luxurist platform.
* support clients in becoming proficient with our systems and processes.
* maintain accurate records of sales activities in salesforce (calls, tasks, opportunities).
* collaborate with the customer automation & experience team to enhance digital campaigns and improve lead-to-booking conversion.
* monitor and analyze weekly and monthly performance trends to meet commercial targets.
your skillset and experience
* proven experience in sales, business development, or client activation—ideally within the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
* strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
* comfortable using crm tools (preferably salesforce) and digital communication platforms.
* self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* fluent in english; additional languages are a plus.
