job description:

1. According to the overseas development strategy of the company, make the administrative management&hr work target and planning for our new branch in mexico.

2. Formulate administrative and human resources management systems, processes and other management norms applicable to mexican companies.

3. Implementation of human resource planning in mexico, including talent recruitment, staff performance appraisal and improvement, talent training and development, staff structure, salary and bonus planning etc.

4. Provide professional advice on local administrative and human resources management to the top managers in mexico on a regular basis.

5. Responsible for the construction of corporate culture in our new mexican branch, creating an organizational atmosphere, promoting cultural integration, and improving employee satisfaction.

6. Assist in communicate with the local public affairs departments in mexico and maintain external relations of the company.

7. Other work support in mexico business development.

qualifications:

bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, administration or related is preferred.

administrative and hr management work experience for 5 years or more, including more than 2 years mexican administrative and hr management work experience.

mandarin &spanish can be used as a working language.

report line:

general manager&human resources director of the overseas business group of the group headquarters

salary range:

the total pre-tax annual salary package does not exceed 550,000 rmb

working hours:

9:00-18:00 (8h);

5.5~6 days per week
