Inbound marketing specialist (technical focus) location: remote - anywhere in latam job type: full‑time - contractor compensation: usd 1500‑2000/month languages: advanced english & spanish about the role as our inbound marketing specialist (technical focus), you will drive client acquisition by developing and optimizing inbound marketing campaigns and our digital presence. Your primary goal is to grow our client base using expertise in hubspot, content marketing, seo, lead nurturing, landing page optimization, css, wordpress/elementor, and basic marketing programming. This role blends strategy, content creation, and technical skills. Key responsibilities develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, creating lead magnets (ebooks, guides, webinars, blogs, ctas) with seo best practices to attract and nurture prospects. Manage hubspot: crm, list segmentation, workflows, and lead nurturing automation for sales cycle efficiency. Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels in wordpress/elementor, applying css, html, and light javascript for customization. Implement and manage marketing tracking scripts (google analytics, tracking pixels). Analyze marketing data and campaign results, reporting on kpis and refining strategies. Collaborate with sales to align leads and improve processes, staying updated on inbound marketing trends and optionally managing chatbot marketing (e.g., manychat). Required qualifications 1‑3 years of experience in inbound or digital marketing with a proven lead‑generation track record. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, web design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in hubspot (marketing hub, crm) with certifications highly preferred. Demonstrated experience with wordpress/elementor, html, css, and light javascript for marketing customizations. Solid understanding of inbound marketing, content marketing, seo best practices, and sales funnels. Excellent analytical skills (google analytics, hubspot reports) and advanced written/verbal communication in english. Experience with chatbot marketing tools (e.g., manychat) is a plus. Skills proactive and creative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities, focused on improving marketing performance. Highly organized with excellent project management and prioritization skills.
