job description*:we are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales admin & market research coordinator of the food industry to join our team.
* in this role, you will be responsible for supporting sales administration activities while coordinating market research efforts to drive business growth and development in the food and consumer sector.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- proven experience in sales administration and market research coordination within the food and consumer sector.
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- proficiency in microsoft office suite and crm software.
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- fluent in spanish and english (written and spoken).
- willingness to travel as needed.
*responsibilities*:
- provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
- conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the food and consumer sector.
- collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition.
- assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
- coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
- analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and market research findings.
- continuously monitor competitor activities and market developments to stay ahead of industry trends.
- participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events as required.
