crear, administrar y dar soporte dentro de la plataforma salesforce (crm) del área de partes y servicios. Llevar la gestión con el proveedor getman a fin de optimizar los procesos de suministro. Mantener actualizada la base de datos del ítem master y llevar el control de pricing así como la generación de reportes de ventas para el área de partes y servicios.

* registrar datos para crear “oportunidades” en la plataforma salesforce (crm) a solicitud del personal de ventas con información correspondiente a los clientes y prospectos.
* registrar datos para crear “qar” en la plataforma salesforce (crm) considerando el análisis y revisión de información y determinar posible desviación legal o comercial en la propuesta al cliente o prospecto y sus condiciones.
* registrar datos para crear “car” en la plataforma salesforce (crm) analizando desviaciones especificadas en la orden de compra o en el contrato legal.
* canalizar las firmas de aprobación mediante el envío de documentos de contratos (digital o físico) para dar continuidad a los procesos administrativos con el cliente.
* registrar datos para crear “con” en la plataforma salesforce (crm) manteniendo actualizado fechas de inicio y fin de vigencias de contratos, y cumpliendo la cadena de revisión de acciones que genera la plataforma completando su aprobación.
* dar seguimiento a los beneficios otorgados a los clientes mensualmente, realizar una presentación para evidenciar resultados de condiciones y acuerdo, entregando al personal de ventas para su demostración a cliente.
* analizar los niveles de inventario de las piezas getman, así como monitorear la ubicación de estas en cada almacén.
* revisar constantemente el portal de getman para revisar el grado de cumplimiento de los pedidos solicitados y dar seguimiento a los mismos.
* cotizar las partes getman y/o servicio para poder asignar un precio de venta según políticas de global y de convenios.
* asignar número de pieza para que sean agregadas al sistema una vez que sean recibidas.
* realizar el análisis de inventarios getman y compras contra ventas realizadas y elaborar el reporte correspondiente para entrega al jefe inmediato.
* realizar reporte getman con el análisis de los niveles de servicio, tiempos de entrega, costos etc.
* cumplir con el estándar mensual de entrega (mínimo del 95%).
* administración, implementación, control y seguimiento de precios para todos los clientes y áreas de la sa.
* análisis de facturación, reportes semanales y mensuales.
* análisis de ganancia-pérdida.
* análisis de impacto en precios para actualizaciones de lista de precios basado en consumos y convenios.
* análisis de descuento en precios para solicitudes de ventas.
* asegurar que la base de datos de ítems esté seteada correctamente.
* generar alta y modificaciones a números de parte acorde a solicitud de ventas.
