About the role
we're looking for an experienced senior ai engineer to join our elite consulting team. You'll work on diverse internal r&d initiatives and high-stakes client projects, delivering production-ready ai systems that solve real business problems. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities. You'll architect solutions, lead implementation, and present to c-level executives and technical stakeholders.
What you will do
design and implement end-to-end ai solutions for clients across various industries and use cases;
build sophisticated llm applications using rag, vector databases, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows;
develop custom ml models for client-specific challenges including nlp, computer vision, and predictive analytics;
independently assess, clean, and engineer features from complex, messy datasets;
own the complete data pipeline from ingestion through model training and deployment;
lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with client stakeholders;
present technical concepts and project outcomes to executive leadership and technical teams;
mentor junior engineers and establish ai/ml best practices across client engagements;
collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders;
contribute to internal r&d initiatives and thought leadership in ai/ml.
Must haves
5+ years of professional software development experience with strong fundamentals;
5+ years deploying production machine learning systems at scale;
3+ years of hands-on experience with llms, including api integration and local deployment;
strong data engineering and data science expertise—you can work with raw, unstructured data and transform it into ml-ready datasets;
proficiency with data manipulation tools: pandas, numpy, sql, and big data frameworks (spark, dask);
expert-level python proficiency with deep knowledge of ml frameworks (pytorch, tensorflow, hugging face);
proven experience with modern ai techniques: rag, vector search, prompt engineering, and agentic systems;
strong cloud platform expertise (aws, gcp, azure) with containerization and orchestration experience;
experience building scalable microservices, apis, and ml inference pipelines;
demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight;
exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership;
consulting mindset with ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment;
upper-intermediate english level.
