reporting to the eh&s manager, this role involves responsibilities for general and emergency medical care, implementation and coordination of preventive medicine campaigns, and performance of the epidemiological surveillance of occupationally exposed personnel (poe's) to work hazards together with the personnel of eh&s.typical daycoordinate and manage the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.coordinate and supervise medical staff and ensure development of all records, equipment and programs related to occupational health services.manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.collaborate with environmental health and safety staff.responsible for operations and human resources to develop operations, programs and services providing content expertise.supervise and assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses.ensure that direct patient care, case management and primary care for occupational and non‐occupational illnesses and injuries.health hazard assessment and surveillance of employees' population – responsible for direct and indirect supervision of health services staff and enforcement of standards relating to occupational health and prevention health programs.make decisions that can directly impact the health of employees and manage sensitive information related to employees' health and company data.experience we're looking forbachelor's degree in medicine; master's degree in occupational health.experience with inspections and visits from stps and imss.certification in iso standards.proficiency in the english language.ability to perform numerical analysis of information and kpis.strong leadership skills.benefitscompetitive salary.life and medical insurance.christmas bonus.food coupons.saving fund.
