- strong verbal and written skills in english and related interpersonal skills
- strong sql skills
- experienced working with large database and tables at either db2, sql server, oracle, mysql
- design and execute user acceptance test, progression and regression to code changes before move to production.

- clear understnding on rest apis and/or microservices architecture analyse a large and complex data set, and generate actionable insights
- be capable of dig into data issues amoung upstreams and downstream systems
- capable of understanding code for system support, troubleshoot and system enhancements
- correctly translate business impact to tech specs to the development team.
- attend and conduct meetings with users and stakeholders located worldwide at different time zones
- validate product improvements and changes against system specifications, throughout the development process
- work closely with product owners for gathering information, feedback from stakeholders and users, and use them to elicit business requirements
- involves developers in the design of business requirements into potential delivery improvements and changes that the team can work on
- perform research into processes and technologies that the team does not yet understand
- take a complex system or process, break it up into its constituent pieces, and make suggestions of how to optimise and innovate
