the successful candidate will possess over 2 years of experience in administration, demonstrate a strong understanding of administration and logistics, and have expertise in financial reporting.
key responsibilities include:
* providing administrative support functions
* maintaining databases through data entry and report generation
* handling reports and day-to-day tasks such as purchases, office facilities, and human resources
candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in english and spanish, be highly detail-oriented, and have intermediate-level skills in office365.
