In your new role you will:
- **Definition of functional basket of SAP QM solutions**:
- Documentation of business-requirements and execution of complex analysis for inhomogeneous, global user groups (Requirements Engineering).
- Contribution to conceptual blueprints for complex, system spanning environments and IT architectures to support business processes.
- Conceptual work for optimizing existing software for performance,stability and maintainability.
- Analysis and prototyping of new technologies or tools and guidancefor implementation.
- Definition and introduction of standard monitoring and analysis tools for global systems and for operations of complex general systems.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- **Familiar with SAP (QM)**:
- **Professional experience in operational support and customer interaction.**:
- Bachelor or master in computer-sciences.
- Experience with processes and methods in IT.
- Team player. You are open to approach other people and you are able to create personal networks, easily.
- **Advanced **English language, written and spoken**
