key responsibilities
* respond to inquiries about the rental agreement and company policies.
* assist with lease modifications, pet and assistance animal requests, and resident ledgers.
* review and process walk-through reports for lease violations, maintenance issues, and quality control.
* draft lease renewals, create melds, and track resident melds weekly.
* communicate with clients about lease renewals, maintenance issues, and other matters.
