- acts as a strategic partner in the implementation of the organizational culture, designing organizational communication policies to inform and motivate the company's personnel. -manages the compensation programs. -manages the services provided to employees. -manages and monitors the recruitment, selection and hiring processes according to the needs of the organization. -designs motivation programs, social, cultural, recreational and sports events. -it may be responsible for designing and implementing health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and/or programs to comply with legal regulations and offer the employee a safe environment. -responsible for the training and development process from the detection of training and development needs, design, implementation and evaluation of programs, as well as their registration with the corresponding authorities. -represents the company before private, official and educational organizations to promote the interests of the company, establishing relationships and gathering current and relevant information. -develops labor management processes and procedures. -when the company has a collective bargaining agreement, it can be in charge of interpreting and recommending labor policies related to collective bargaining. -develops and analyzes the performance of the human resources function through various indicators.
Experiência y requisitos
- 3-5 years of hr experience. -proficient in computer software, microsoft office, tress. -experience in labor relations.
