* ## lead the planning, updating, and follow-up of the site's capex plan, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

* ## prepare clear and timely reports on project status, spending, timelines, and expected returns.
* ## provides advisory and consulting support to the plant's administrative team on all cost and overhead expense matters.
