we are seeking a principal software engineer (salesforce) to lead architecture, technical strategy, and delivery of large-scale salesforce implementations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence technology decisions, mentor engineering teams, and help shape the future of our salesforce ecosystem.

what we're looking for
* 7+ years of salesforce consulting, implementation, or engineering experience.
* 5+ years of advanced hands-on salesforce development experience.
* strong expertise in apex, lightning web components (lwc), and visualforce.
* proven experience designing enterprise-scale salesforce architectures.
* deep knowledge of apis, middleware, integration patterns, and automation frameworks.
* experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
* strong understanding of security, governance, scalability, and release management.
* excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
