The strategy group manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas, leading a team of professionals, and delivering a full range of services to one or more businesses or geographic regions. Requires an in-depth understanding of multiple areas within a function, strong commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills to negotiate at senior levels. Primarily affects a sub-function with short- to medium-term planning and full management responsibility for a team, including people, budget, planning, performance evaluation, and hiring related activities.responsibilitiesacts as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and addresses high impact strategic issues across its portfolio of businesses.
