If you enjoy working with hardware, troubleshooting issues, and delivering great customer service, this role is for youkey responsibilities asset management maintain accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and accessories track hardware throughout its lifecycle (receiving, deployment, repair, retirement) update asset records in inventory and ticketing systemsimaging & device preparation image and configure client devices using standardized deployment tools test and validate equipment before shipment ensure devices meet quality and compliance standardsshipping & receiving receive and verify hardware shipments package and ship devices to end users or field locations maintain proper documentation and trackingtechnical support (break/fix) diagnose and repair basic hardware issues ondell pcs troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices assist with basic network and wireless connectivity issues support virus detection and removal using approved toolswhat you need to succeed 1–2+ yearsof deskside, depot, or hardware support experience hands-on experience troubleshooting and replacing components ondell pcs familiarity withwindows 10 & windows 11 basicactive directoryexperience (password resets, lookups, device checks) knowledge ofmicrosoft office 365, outlook, and owa experience troubleshooting wireless and basic network connectivity strong customer service and communication skills experience with tools such as: symantec endpoint protection bitlocker sccm rdp advanced english level willingness to work on-sitewhy join us?
