mission:
design and implement management and leadership programs and experiences through needs analysis, ensuring the development of key competencies in the organization's leaders and employees, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
responsibilities
* manage training content and learning objects through technological tools.
* provide advice and coaching for individual development plans and integration into new positions.
* design and implement management and leadership programs through the lms platform, monitoring progress and compliance with the training plan.
* prepare participant performance reports, considering continuous improvement in training and development processes.
* evaluate training suppliers and programs according to the organization's training and development needs.
qualifications
requirements:
* education – bachelor's degree in psychology, education, business administration, or a related field.
* experience – minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, training, and development. Experience coordinating management and leadership programs.
* english – upper-intermediate level.
