será responsable de asegurar el suministro de materiales directos e indirectos y refacciones, a los departamentos que lo soliciten, además de mantener los racks de kanban con los inventarios que se establezcan así como las identificaciones del mismo, recibo de materiales tanto nacional como de importación.

responsabilidades principales
* mantener actualizado el sistema baan para materiales que se manejan en las bodegas externas con el objetivo de tener inventarios confiables.
* asegurar los procedimientos de embarques sean aplicados por los operadores de almacén, para cumplir con las ventanas de los clientes.
* monitorear conteos cíclicos de producto terminado, para asegurar inventarios confiables.
* elaboración de requisiciones de compra para los servicios necesarios de su área.
* revisión de xrj con el departamento de calidad para dar seguimiento a rto’s de proveedores.
* monitorear que el sistema de refacciones esté cuadrado y al día, para asegurar que el reporte de mro se envíe correcto para solicitud de partes.
* revisión de biblias por mes, para actualizar mínimos y máximos contra nuevas demandas.
* mantener su área limpia y ordenada siguiendo el sistema de 5 s.
* preparación de inventarios anuales para obtener un buen resultado fiscalmente y ante corporativo.
educación y experiencia
* preparatoria o carrera técnica terminada como mínimo.
* 1 año de experiencia o conocimiento en almacén.
competencia requerida
* habilidad en sistema de baan.
* manejo de pistola rf.
* habilidad en el manejo de montacargas.
