Summary
we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project manager to support a key life sciences company with their artwork-related responsibilities while acting as the primary liaison between the client and sgx. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, fluency in english and a solid understanding of artwork production workflows. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication, and driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
client artwork management
oversee and maintain artwork files within the client’s artwork management system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
Upload, organize, and track artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all artwork files are correctly tagged, categorized, and archived.
Troubleshoot and resolve any artwork-related issues within the dam system.
Provide training and support to both internal and external teams on workflow system usage.
Enforce adherence to client-specific style guides to maintain brand consistency.
Apply and review brand guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency across packaging layouts.
Studio liaison
serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the sgx.
Clearly communicate project requirements, timelines, and feedback to all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
Coordinate artwork approvals and revisions, facilitating a smooth workflow.
Resolve any issues that arise during the artwork production process.
Provide regular project status updates internally and to client’s packaging design operations team and business.
