We are seeking a talented business management analyst to join our business management team at marsh mclennan. This role will be based in mexico city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

* support senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.
* prepare, analyze, and present reports on business performance, operational metrics, invoicing, billing with vendors, and project status to inform decision-making.
* manage operational metrics, ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes with vendors, and resolve related issues.
* lead or support key projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
* act as a liaison between senior leadership, teams, and external partners, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
* monitor compliance with policies and regulations, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

* bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, or related fields.
* intermediate proficiency in excel.
* advanced to fluent english.
* excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* effective communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
* ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* experience with project management tools, data analysis software, and billing/invoicing processes.
