The marketing ai administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, optimization, and business alignment of the company's ai chatbot platform used by both internal and external users. This role ensures the chatbot is accurate, compliant, and continuously improving, while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales,customer support. The ai administrator acts as the bridge between business stakeholders translating business needs into effective ai behavior.key responsabilities: platform administration & security azure openai management: lead the administration of our ai instances, managing model versions (e.g., gpt-4o), api integrations, and system uptime. Security & data guardrails: implement robust filters to prevent "hallucinations" and ensure the bot never leaks sensitive company or customer data. Access control: manage user permissions and ensure the system complies with global data privacy (gdpr/ccpa). Performance & response optimization latency & speed: monitor and optimize "time to first token" to ensure the chatbot responds instantly to user queries. Advanced prompt engineering: design, test, and version-control complex system prompts to maintain the bot's persona and task accuracy. Knowledge integrity & data management grounding data ownership: curate and update the "knowledge base" (faqs, pdfs, product manuals, website information) that the ai uses to answer questions. Quality assurance: regularly audit bot responses for tone, brand alignment, and factual correctness. Governance, training & roadmap kpi tracking: define and report on success metrics: deflection rate, csat, accuracy rate, and usage growth. Change management: create "best practice" guides and training for internal teams to help them get the most value out of the ai tool. Required qualifications: experience: 3–6+ years managing ai chatbots, enterprise apps, or digital products. Hands-on experience with azure openai service or microsoft copilot is a must. Degree in computer science, it engineering, or marketing. Technical skills: deep understanding of prompt engineering and llm "grounding" familiarity with api-driven architectures and data indexing. Ability to interpret telemetry/analytics to improve system performance. Familiar with website and content management understanding of operating in ashboard driven system and driving metrics soft skills: high attention to detail, strong business judgment, and the ability to explain complex ai concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ability to balance innovation with risk management and the ability to execute project management driving projects forward.
