We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented office manager to oversee the daily operations of our mexico city office (reforma zone).

this role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with us-based teams and provide strategic insights tailored to the local context. This position also includes hr, facilities, finance, it, and compliance responsibilities specific to mexico.

position responsibilities

corporate operations

- manage relationships with internal stakeholders, employees, and building management. - ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in partnership with hr and administrative teams. - support onsite meetings and events.

human resources

- develop and implement hr policies aligned with local laws and company standards. - serve as the main hr contact for employees in mexico city. - support recruitment and onboarding processes. - assist in performance reviews and training coordination. - oversee employee documentation and benefits administration.

finance

- collaborate with fp&a to align and report on office budgets. - manage accounts payable and employee expense reports. - prepare financial reports for the mexico city office.

facilities

- oversee office maintenance and space management. - coordinate with building management for repairs and logistics. - manage office supplies, mail, and workspace changes. - act as the go-to person for office-related inquiries and communications.

it

- coordinate with it to maintain office technology infrastructure. - provide basic tech support and assist with equipment setup.

legal & compliance

- ensure compliance with local laws in collaboration with the legal team. - assist with legal documentation and liaise with external legal advisors. - support employment and social security compliance.

position requirements

- bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in office management, preferably in an international company. - in-depth knowledge of mexican labor laws and hr practices. - strong understanding of office leases, infrastructure, and operations in mexico city. - excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - bilingual: fluent in english and spanish
