In this role, you will:
- * data migration*: collaborate with teams to migrate large datasets from legacy erp systems to *sap s4 hana* and *oracle fusion*, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- * conduct data audits* to ensure the accuracy and quality of existing data from previous implementations.
- utilize *microsoft excel* and *power bi* for data analysis and reporting.
- * automate* or *optimize* data workflows using *python* or *sql* (a strong plus).

*key responsibilities*
*data migration*:
- coordinate and execute the transfer of large datasets from legacy erp systems to sap s4 hana and oracle fusion.
- ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness throughout the migration process.
*data auditing*
- perform in-depth audits of existing data to identify discrepancies, errors, or outdated information.
- validate and correct data, ensuring compliance with business requirements and data governance standards.
*data analysis & reporting*
- use microsoft excel, power bi, and other analytical tools to create dashboards, trend charts, and presentations.
- provide actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting trends, anomalies, or improvement areas.
*collaboration & issue resolution*
- organize and lead meetings with it specialists, otc process owners, and functional leads to resolve data issues.
- document findings, assign responsibilities, and follow up on due dates to ensure timely closure of open items.
*tool & process improvement*
- when applicable, leverage python or sql to handle big data challenges, automate workflows, and optimize data processes.
- identify opportunities to enhance erp data structures, governance strategies, and reporting capabilities.
*knowledge transfer & change management*
- document key learnings to support training content for end users.
- collaborate with the change management team to ensure proper communication and adoption of new data processes.
*skills and qualifications*
- * bachelor’s degree* in data science, computer science, information systems, actuarial science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- * proficiency in english* (both written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with global technical and non-technical audiences.
- * proficiency in microsoft excel* (pivot tables, vlookup, xlookup, macros, etc.) and solid experience with *power bi* (data modeling, dashboards, dax).
- experience working on *erp implementation* or *migration projects* at scale.
- hands-on experience with *etl* processes or data governance frameworks.
- * strong analytical skills* with a proven track record of handling and interpreting large datasets.
- * familiarity with python or sql* for data transformation and automation is highly advantageous.
- experience or exposure to *sap s4 hana*, *oracle fusion*, or other major erp systems—particularly in the order-to-cash domain—is a significant plus.
- * problem-solving mindset* with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
