required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
* 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
* excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, and statistical tools
* proficiency in autocad and other relevant software
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
