* lead field teams during installation and service activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
* collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* resolve conflicts and critical situations on site, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience as a field service engineer or in field engineering roles.
* proven expertise in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting of production lines or industrial machinery.
* advanced english language proficiency.
* strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and customer-facing skills.
* valid passport for international travel.
