abroad we have offices in guadalajara and mexico city.
we are looking for someone to support one of our customers in the usa.
about our client: we are a homeowners association management firm focused on cost-effectiveness, supervision, and positive business relationships.
we have been the premier resource in los angeles county for experienced and professional hoa management services for over 30 years.
our mission is to create the best living experience for you by providing superior customer service and unparalleled responsiveness to our competitors.
our main focus is on the greater los angeles area with the majority of our properties located in beverly hills, west la, santa monica, marina del rey, culver city, brentwood, and the san fernando valley, such as sherman oaks, canoga park, and woodland hills.
the administrative assistant is responsible for supporting a specific portfolio of communities with administrative tasks and customer service activities:

- run end-to-end arc requests
- fulfill homeowner requests
- general mailing drafting
- process violations
- prepare property letters
- run end-to-end work orders for each owner's request
- vendor contact and dispatching
- scheduling vendors with owners' schedules
- take directives from the manager and assist the manager with issues they need
- make sure managers' agendas get created and sent in time for meetings
- make sure minutes are received and filed after each meeting
- check-in and interface with manager daily
- prioritize urgent matters
- make sure all insurance is calendared a month prior to the renewal date
- making sure all meetings are calendared

schedule:
*m to th - 10:30 to 19:30 cst*

*fridays 10:30 to 14:00 cst*

after 3 months probationary contract, we add:

*requirements*:

- around 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- experience working with tickets or work orders.
highly desired
- experience with property management or hoa management.
- experience using appfolio.
- experience dealing with service providers/suppliers
