what are your contributions to the team?
* lead and manage strategic initiatives related to indirect procurement and supply chain optimization.
* develop and implement governance frameworks, performance tools, and reporting mechanisms to support leadership decision‐making.
* facilitate cross‐functional collaboration across departments such as procurement, logistics, it, and finance.
* support change management efforts for new tools, systems, and processes impacting supply chain operations.
* contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced supplier relationships.
* represent the department in internal forums, executive presentations, etc.
* design and develop high‐impact presentations that effectively communicate strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders.

how to thrive in this role?
* you have a bachelor's degree in business or similar; additional experience is a plus
* you have a minimum of two (2) years of project management experience, a pmp is an asset
* you have proven ability to lead cross‐functional projects
* you have training or experience in change management
* you demonstrate that you are proactive and have good communication skills, capable of negotiating with, aligning and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the company
* you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills; you can work under light supervision in a fast paced working environment
* you are adaptable, curious, and effective at problem‐solving
* you have strong organization/time management skills; you deliver on your commitments
* you demonstrate good analytical and synthesis skills; you can simplify and convey complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
