As an account manager (am) at vee, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion across our existing nonprofit customers. This is a sales role focused entirely on upselling, cross-selling, and identifying expansion pathways inside organizations already using vee. Renewals and retention are handled by customer success. Your function is fully revenue-driven and centered on deep discovery, consultative sales, and multi-product expansion. This is a full-time, hybrid role designed for a high-energy, sales-focused professional who excels at uncovering opportunities and converting warm accounts into long-term revenue streams. Own expansion sales: run full sales cycles for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including pitching additional ai agents, volume increases, and program expansions. • build and manage an expansion pipeline inside hubspot using product data, usage patterns, and cs insights. • partner with customer success: consultative sales: understand nonprofit missions, resourcing challenges, and goals to create tailored solutions that drive measurable roi. • crm excellence: maintain accurate forecasting, notes, and pipeline updates within hubspot. 2-4+ years b2b sales experience (saas preferred). • proven success running consultative, multi-step sales cycles. • skilled in negotiation, storytelling, and value-based selling.
