*responsibilities*
- manage the website and regularly make content and design updates.
- tracks and monitor website activity and leads generated.
- work with marketing director to establish measurable goals and set key performance indicators to assess organizational awareness, track customer experience and website traffic.
- write copy that converts for the website, social channels and marketing collateral.
- track customer experience via surveys and documents/report feedback and secure testimonials for marketing materials.
- work closely with the marketing director to evolve and implement the organization's content strategy for all digital channels by assisting with the content calendar, creative brief development, project management and copywriting.

- excellent verbal and written english communication skills.
