 
        
        Title: Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager – Abastecimiento de indirectos 
Location: in office, Monterrey, N.A sourcing manager collaborates with key stakeholders to proactively identify value-driven activities that deliver savings, working capital and continuous quality improvement. Diagnoses the gaps in the existing process, identifies opportunities for improvement and implements the re-engineering initiatives to meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis. Support and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing activities as directed by the Procurement leads in accordance with the Procurement policy and provide excellence throughout the process analyzing information, identifying requirements and opportunity, negotiating terms and conditions, and contracting products and/or services.
Experienced in sourcing, planning & execution. 
~ MRO: Industrial Services, Spare Parts, Utilities, Equipment rental, consulting, catering, chemicals, personnel transportation. 
~ Bachelor's degree: Ariba, Oracle, etc. 
~ Experience with SAP. 
~ Proficient at excel, word and power point presentations. 
~ Proficient project management, communication and facilitation skills. 
~ Spanish (native), English – 80% 
~ Excellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders. 
~ Experience of managing multiple sourcing projects at the same time will be relevant (strategic and tactical) 
Be familiar with RFI/RFP/RFQ process, has a good sense for tender document composition familiar with e-sourcing systems (e.g.: PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Tender Management: 
Data gathering 
Collaborating with key stakeholders to proactively identify value-driven activities that deliver savings, working capital and continuous quality improvement. 
Act as a trusted business advisor and support stakeholders, aligning procurement projects with the business pipeline. 
Providing Exceptional Customer Services while delivering both brand and quantitative value to the bottom line through cost savings and cost avoidance. 
Adherence to Procurement policy and processes, including collaboration with Legal, Risk Management and other support functions. 
Provide support to enable structured management and accurate progress reporting on all projects. 
Support the building and management of a pipeline of Procurement projects in support of category strategy/plan & in collaboration with Procurement leaders and stakeholders. 
Manage and support Request for Proposals (RFPs) including commercial contractual negotiations, while partnering with stakeholders and shared functions such, Risk Management and Vendor Assurance.
