responsibilitieshrm general:
review required org changes with hr leader to determine appropriate action
administer all benefits program and hr strategy
support employees & leaders with questions related to system functionality
recruitment:
monitoring recruitment process and progress monitoring
develop the recruiting strategy
payroll:
resolve enquiries from employees, improve the communication, improve the client service
hr policy:
maintain hr policies according internal rules
provide effective and positive communication to employees & leaders to inform about company policies, processes and programs
audits (internal & external):
process compliance monitoring
attend and follow all audits and requirement
qualifications
* bachelor's degree biz. Administration, industrial engineering, international biz
* 10+ years' experience in human resources
* english / advance (spoken and written)
* adaptability, flexibility & resilience. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
* good communication, employee service skills,
* strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
* mexican's labor law (compensation and benefits aspects)
