purpose
the position can be located in the quality department in any location of the juarez campus of johnson & johnson. Manages the system of identification and assignment of requirements of training (training curricula). Coordinates the evaluation/effectiveness of trainings and reports the results to the applicable personnel. Manages the training module for new recruits. Responsible for the maintenance of the current training electronic system and training records. Could be required to supervise or work directly with other employees. Generally, reports to the training specialist or the manager of the assigned department. Identifies areas related to compliance, technical areas and systems that require training. Designs and provides adequate training programs. Works with all groups within the plant to evaluate gaps in performance related to compliance and develops corrective measures. Generally, reports to the training leader or to the manager of the assigned department.
you will be responsible for
* under supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and johnson & johnson procedures and guidelines, coordinate and conduct the training process for new recruits.
* manage and maintain curricula and training records.
* manage and maintain the training electronic system.
* provide support to the organization in the preparation of curricula of functional trainings in operations for the areas of new products or production lines.
* coordinate and conduct training in regulative and operational modules for all personnel if required.
* manage and monitor the compliance of training for contractors.
coordinate and prepare information regarding training for external, mexican, legal agencies/entities.
* provide support based on the training area during audits/inspections.
* prepare training reports for the metrics system.
* coordinate and provide maintenance to resources of the training area (equipment and material).
* provide training programs as required.
* communicate any situation related to the company to the next managerial level.
* provide training systems to ensure compliance with health, safety and environment statutes established by federal, state and local laws.
* perform any other task as required.
* manage department expenses and generate purchase orders.

qualifications / requirements
experience and education
* technical or truncated career (2+ years)
* 2 to 4 years of experience in training (preferably).
* experience working with the fda and european regulatory environment.
required knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications/licenses
* ability to communicate in english, orally and in writing.
* gmp/iso knowledge.
* knowledge in cross training planning.
* knowledge of training systems (preferably).
* presentation skills.
* requirements of ministry of labor and social prevention.
* use of computer systems.
* communication skills.
* experience in fda/european regulatory environments.
