* develop and refine all integration processes and services
* proactively monitor integration issues and service availability, ensuring customer concerns are addressed efficiently and communication is transparent
* provide customers with documentation, example code, direction, and tools
* collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee that new features are well-documented and supportable
* ensure compliance with all security measures in integration support
* troubleshoot integration and certification environment issues
* work with the certification team to ensure products and services are being utilized properly by all customers and that appropriate tests are included for all certifications
* streamline operations by automating manual tasks
* continuously evaluate tools and technologies
* mentor and train other integration engineers and team members as needed
