This position is a specialized Admin & Technical Assistant position, combining administrative expertise with hands-on technical support. This is a fantastic chance to grow your skills, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to key projects.
Responsibilities：
1. Oral translation between Mexicans and Chinese employees
2. Written translation of documents
3. Provide technical support for equipment, software, or systems (training provided).
4. Assist with painting processes (e.g., prep, mixing, quality checks) or other technical tasks.
5. Support special projects (e.g., data analysis, process improvements, cross-departmental initiatives).
6. Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows.
7. Handle personal issue of the General Manager.
8. Schedule airport-hotel-airport staff transfers for foreign staff, clients, or suppliers. Per event
9. Schedule home-company-home transportation for Chinese staff.
10. Schedule air conditioning equipment maintenance services.
11. Schedule infrastructure maintenance (gardening services, bathroom, rental houses and common areas maintenance)
12. Manage payment for maintenance services per event
13. Make urgent purchases and payment if necessary.
Qualification：
1. Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree on Admin or Engineering.
2. Job experience:
* At least 3 years related to administration/translation.
* At least 2 years of Process development.
* Accountability in achieving specific goals.
* Experience been active participant on new projects.
* Desireble knowledge on Painting, Inyection process + Automo.
