you will lead the production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (sqcdsm) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure the manufacturing strategy is implemented and fully effective, and you will strive to build a high‑performing organization.
how you will contribute
* manage change and transformation among operating teams to implement il6s–integrated lean six sigma and fof factory of future line initiatives, progressing into self‑sufficient teams. Coach and mentor the team.
* support manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals aligned with site business needs. Cascade and communicate plans to employees.
* establish governance to review, control operational performance and continuous improvement, embedding a zero‑loss mindset.
* support all manufacturing standards, governance, and compliance requirements, ensuring they are understood and monitored.
* lead talent, capabilities, and engagement for the manufacturing team, building a sustainable workforce profile. Partner with multi‑functional peers to achieve objectives.
what you will bring
* strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in cpg industry with tpm, 5s, lean, and six sigma tools.
* excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team‑based environment. Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and team‑building abilities.
* engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
requerimientos
* grado de ingeniería o licenciatura.
* conocimientos en optimización de recursos, tiempos y movimientos, ergonomía, liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico, toma de decisiones y orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos.
* inglés nivel medio.
* sistemas de manufactura (sap).
* paquete de nómina (kronos, fast labor).
* seguridad en el trabajo (loto).
* experiencia mínima de 1–2 años en procesos de logística.
* 1–2 años de experiencia en manejo de personal sindicalizado mínimo 10 personas.
* trabajo y participación en equipos de alto desempeño.
* 1 año en sistema sap.
